Japanese Salmon Hot Pot

Dashi, soy & spring onion

Sustainably sourced salmon gently poached with ramen noodles, spring onions and shiitake mushrooms in a light fragrant dashi and light soy broth.  This dish is freshly prepared in Southwest London.

Salmon (fish), dashi broth (kombu, bonito flakes (fish), light soya) (cereals containing gluten), shiitake mushroom, ramen noodles (wheat), Chinese cabbage, carrot, spring onion, red chilli, and salt
Wheat, fish, soya We do not operate in an allergen free kitchen so please be aware that traces of nuts and other allergens may be present.
Remove the outer wrapping and any lid. Set aside the noodles, spring onion and shiitake mushrooms as these do not need heating. Pour the broth into a saucepan and bring up to a simmer. Place the noodles, spring onions and shiitake mushrooms into a warm bowl. Pour over the heated broth ensuring to cover all the ingredients and serve.
