Vegetarian & Vegan
Red cabbage and mango slaw, pan fried tofu, tossed with a maple and soya dressing, topped with spiced caramelised macadamia nuts.
Warm Moroccan spiced seasonal squash with roasted sweet peppers and split peas. Served with almond, lime and fresh coriander couscous.
Cherry vine tomato, crumbled and melted goat’s cheese layered on smokey aubergine, and a sticky red onion marmalade.
Twice baked famous Keen’s Cheddar Cheese souffle, dressed with a rich cheese and chive sauce
Roast cauliflower steak, pistachio, garlic, fennel seeds and olive oil served with hummus

Responsibly and sustainable sourced Cornish haddock with buttered leeks in a rich fish velouté, topped with crispy potato mash and panko breadcrumbs.
Responsibly sourced steamed salmon filets with shredded oriental vegetables, ramen noodles and topped with spring onions, served in a light dashi and soya broth.
Meat, Poultry & Game
A grown-up version of your favourite childhood dish, mac and cheese made with rich white sauce incorporating Lincolnshire Poacher cheese and pulled ham hock
Slow braised lamb shank with root vegetables and topped with blue cheese mash
Free range chicken marinated in warm Persian spices and citrus zest, with roast heritage carrots and shallots
Rich indulgent potatoes cooked in butter, and finished with sea salt and rosemary, great accompaniment for the beef short rib, shepherd’s Pie and Persian chicken
A taste of North Africa, infused with harissa and fresh coriander
Infused with star anis and parsley, great accompaniment for the meat dishes and Cornish haddock pie,
