How it works

We believe fresh and local is best.  Our Culinary Director, Garry Hollihead, has designed a delicious menu of dishes with a philosophy of provenance and sustainability, with an honest approach to food and flavours.  All dishes are locally produced and freshly prepared to order.

Step 1 - Select your dishes

Select from a set menu of contemporary and classic dishes perfect for no hassle family treats and easy entertaining at home. Dishes are designed to require minimal preparation and are easy to cook and serve

Step 2 - Choose a convenient time

Choose a convenient time for delivery or collection, and prepay on our ordering platform. Due to the fresh nature of our production,  dishes need to be ordered in advance.  Please note our order times will vary due to changes in our production capacity, but we are aiming for no longer than 48 hours and delivery is within a 7.5 mile radius of Barnes, London SW13.

Step 3 - Enjoy

We will notify you when our order is ready for collection or out for delivery.  Once you received your order please keep the dishes refrigerated.  As our food does not include additives or preservatives it needs to be consumed within 48 hours

 

Garry Hollihead, Culinary Director

Garry is a three time Michelin starred chef and is a pioneer of sustainable cooking, reducing food waste, using seasonal and local artisan produce. He adapts the menu to highlight the flavours and textures each season brings.

He has a passion for food of optimal provenance, sourced from the very best local artisanal food makers, farmers and fishermen.
