The cooking instructions for each dish are different, and can be found on the dish itself and also on our website. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Your ovens or microwave may be different to ours, so all cooking instructions are guidelines only

Dishes must be kept refrigerated below 5°c and consumed within 48 hours of the production date.

All our dishes are freshly prepared and must be kept refrigerated below 5°c. Dishes should be consumed within 48 hours.

A number of our dishes are suitable for home freezing. Please see individual dishes for detail. 

We are seeking to reduce the amount of packaging we use to prepare our dishes, and are aiming to be both plastic free and fully recyclable. We are not quite there yet. Our packaging is largely plastic free, you might see some plastic fixings but we are working hard to remove those. The wrapper is uncoated (so no plastic) and should be recycled. The wooden container (dish) is fully biodegradable and can also be reused.

Refer two friends that sign up to our mailing list and order and you will be rewarded with a complimentary bottle of Petit St Jacques Rouge 2019.  This offer will be valid until 31st May 2022.

We will award a meal to the value of £100 to active subscribers on our mailing list.  The winner will be chosen at random and notified by email.  Please note delivery will need to be to a London postcode or the winner will need to be able to collect their meal. There are no cash substitutes available.

By entering into the free prize draw (the Prize Draw) each entrant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (the Prize Draw Rules), our Privacy Policy, our Cookies policy and any other requirements set out in the material accompanying the promotion (together referred to as the Terms and Conditions).‍

What is the prize draw? My Local Kitchen is giving one lucky winner £400 worth of food to enjoy with friends. When and how this food is delivered will be arranged between the winner and My Local Kitchen.

How can I enter?‍ Fill in your details in our competition Typeform by 31 July 2022 23:59 BST. By doing this you will have earned one (1) entry into the prize draw.

Am I eligible?‍ The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over (including existing My Local Kitchen customers).Employees of My Local Kitchen, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion shall automatically be excluded from entry to this Prize Draw.‍

How does the Prize Draw work?‍ The winner will be selected if they live in a South West or West London postcode and based on their reason to become a My local Kitchen taste. All entries must be received by 23:59 BST on 30 June 2022 (the closing date)‍

What happens if I win?‍ An email will be sent to the winner of the prize on 4 July 2022. For the £400 in food Prize Draw: My Local Kitchen will arrange a time to deliver the food with the Prize draw winner. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.You may be required to take part in a post Prize Draw publicity (with the use fo your name and photographs in such publicity and you agree to such use).‍

Other conditions I should be aware of?‍ If the Prize Draw cannot go ahead, or is delayed or cancelled, or My Local Kitchen stops operating the Prize Draw, My Local Kitchen will not be liable to any entry and will not compensate them for the loss or chance or otherwise.

My Local Kitchen accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach My Local Kitchen by the Closing Date for any reason.

My Local Kitchen reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the Prize draw and its promotion at any time and without notice.

My Local Kitchen reserves the right to disqualify an entrant whose entry does not comply with the Terms and Conditions or where an entrant has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with he operation of the Prize Draw, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants.

The Terms and Conditions and any promotion material are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction on the courts of England.
