Miso Glazed Aubergine

Caramelised Macadamia and Chilli

Seared aubergine glazed with miso, mirin, sake and honey.  Served with a miso dressing and contrasting garnish of caramelised macadamia, spring onion and chilli.

emove the outer wrapping and lid. Remove the miso dressing and macadamia and set aside as these do not need heating. Heat the aubergine in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170c (fan), 190c (electric), Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Your oven may be different to ours, so all instructions are guidelines only. Carefully remove the heated aubergine from the tray and place onto a warm plate or bowl. Spoon over any remaining sauces from the tray. Dress (creatively!) with the miso and caramelised macadamia. Please adjust the amount of chilli to taste.
