Red Cabbage and Mango

Red cabbage and mango slaw, pan fried tofu, tossed with a maple and soya dressing, topped with spiced caramelised macadamia nuts

 

Red cabbage, mango, tofu (soya), orange, white miso (soya), macadamia nuts macademia (nuts), sugar, spring onion, mint, coriander, flat parsley, lime, lemongrass, maple syrup, sesame oil (sesame), rapeseed oil, soya sauce(soya, gluten), chilli flakes, salt and white pepper.
Gluten, Sesame, Soya, Nuts (Macadamia) We do not operate in an allergen free kitchen so please be aware that traces of nuts and other allergens may be present.
Uncover the tofu and cook in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 170c (fan) / 190c (electric) / Gas Mark 5 or until fully warmed through. Note only the tofu should be cooked Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Your oven may be different to ours, so all instructions are guidelines only. Pour the maple and soya dressing over the salad and macadamia, then place the tofu on top.
