Red Wine and Butternut Squash Risotto

Responsibly and sustainably sourced cod pan fried and accompanied by a silky, velvety Red Wine and butternut squash risotto.

Suitable for freezing.  To minimise the risk of freezer burn, please carefully wrap before freezing. Freeze on date of delivery and defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 3 months.

Cod, risotto (arborio rice, butternut squash, onion, garlic, thyme, unsalted butter, parmesan, red wine), chives, flat leaf parsley, vegetable bouillon, rapeseed oil, bay leaf, salt and pepper
Celery, dairy (butter, cheese), fish, sulphur dioxide. Also contains alcohol. We do not operate in an allergen free kitchen so please be aware that traces of nuts and other allergens may be present.
Remove the outer wrapping and lid but keep the parchment covering the dish in place. Heat in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 170c (fan), 190c (electric), Gas Mark 5. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Your oven may be different to ours, so all instructions are guidelines only. Discard the baking parchment from the top and place the heated fish onto a warm plate. Spoon the risotto out of the tray to the side of fish.
