Keen’s Cheddar Cheese Soufflé
Cheese and Chive Sauce
Twice baked Keen’s Cheddar cheese soufflé delicately prepared and baked with Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs to give a perfect light soufflé texture, with a subtle bite. Complemented by a cheese and chive sauce.

We do not operate in an allergen free kitchen so please be aware that traces of nuts and other allergens may be present.
Remove the outer wrap and lid. Heat in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 170c (fan), 190c (electric), Gas Mark 5.
Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Your oven may be different to ours, so all instructions are guidelines only.
Carefully remove the heated soufflé(s), and then spoon the sauce onto a warm plate or bowl. Delicately place the souffle(s) on top of the sauce and enjoy!
