Proper Salmon Fishcake
Spicy Tomato Sauce
Salmon, coriander, and a little seasoning coated with crispy panko breadcrumbs to make ‘proper’ fishcakes, all fish. Accompanied by a spicy tomato sauce with lilliput capers, dill pickles, Dijon mustard and chives.
Suitable for freezing. To minimise the risk of freezer burn, please carefully wrap before freezing. Freeze on date of delivery and defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 3 months.

We do not operate in an allergen free kitchen so please be aware that traces of nuts and other allergens may be present.
Remove the outer wrap and lid. Remove the sauce and set aside as this does not need heating. Heat the fishcake(s) in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 170c (fan), 190c (electric), Gas Mark 5. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Your oven may be different to ours, so all instructions are guidelines only.
Carefully remove the heated fishcake(s) from the tray and dab off any excess oil. This is fish oil so all a natural part of the cooking process. Place the fishcake onto a warm plate or bowl and dress with the spicy sauce to taste.
