Root Vegetable and Blue Cheese

Long and slow braised lamb shank, combined with roast root vegetables and topped with blue cheese mash to create the ultimate shepherd’s pie.

Remove the outer wrap and lid covering the top of the tray. Heat in a preheated oven for 30 minutes (single portion) / 40 minutes (two portions) at 170c (fan), 190c (electric), Gas Mark 5. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Your oven may be different to ours, so all instructions are guidelines only.
