Sweet Pepper and Yellow Split Pea

Warm Moroccan spiced seasonal squash with roast sweet peppers and yellow split peas.

Suitable for freezing.  To minimise the risk of freezer burn, please carefully wrap before freezing. Freeze on date of delivery and defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 3 months.

This dish is not made with any ingredients that contain allergens. Note this dish is vegan We do not operate in an allergen free kitchen so please be aware that traces of nuts and other allergens may be present.
Remove the outer wrapping and lid but keep the parchment covering the dish in place. Heat in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 170c (fan), 190c (electric), Gas Mark 5. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Your oven may be different to ours, so all instructions are guidelines only. Discard the baking parchment from the top of the tray and carefully spoon onto a warm plate or bowl trying to keep the squash and peppers on top. Spoon any remaining sauce from the tray and enjoy. Best enjoyed with our couscous.
