Haddock fillet, leek, onion, mashed potatoes (potatoes, unsalted butter, double cream), velouté (unsalted butter, flour, vegetable bouillon, bay leaf, Dijon mustard), cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, white wine, sea salt, white pepper
Celery, cereals containing gluten (wheat), dairy (butter, cheese, cream), fish, mustard, sulphur dioxide. Also contains alcohol.
We do not operate in an allergen free kitchen so please be aware that traces of nuts and other allergens may be present.
Remove the lid covering the top of the tray. Heat in a preheated oven for 30 minutes (single portion) / 40 minutes (two portions) at 170c (fan), 190c (electric), Gas Mark 5.
Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Your oven may be different to ours, so all instructions are guidelines only.
Carefully spoon onto a warm plate or bowl (ideally keeping potato side up). Spoon over any remaining sauce from the tray and enjoy.
