Banana and Raisin Pudding
Toffee Sauce
A naughty hot banana pudding with stepped raisins served with a smooth rich toffee butter sauce.
Bananas, raisins, unsalted butter, light brown Muscovado sugar, plain flour baking powder, eggs, double cream
Cereals containing gluten (wheat), dairy (butter, cream), egg, sulphur dioxide
We do not operate in an allergen free kitchen so please be aware that traces of nuts and other allergens may be present.
Remove the outer wrapping and lid. Either microwave for 30 seconds on full power or heat in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 170c (fan), 190c (electric), Gas Mark 5. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Your oven may be different to ours, so all instructions are guidelines only.
Carefully remove the heated pudding(s) from the tray, and then spoon the toffee sauce onto warm plate or bowl. Delicately place the pudding(s) on top of the sauce and enjoy!
